Ray Haight, Co-founder, TCA inGauge & Retention Consultant

Mr. Ray Haight is second-generation trucker; his parents ran a small four truck fleet operation, which worked for a local shipper into the U.S. market. Ray Haight was a driver and Owner Operator for 10 years logging over one million accident free miles prior to starting his own company, which serviced long haul lanes with both dry van and refrigerated equipment. 
In 1984 he started Southwestern Express Inc. based in London Ontario, which grew into a successful dry van and refrigerated 50-truck fleet. In 1990 MacKinnon Transport Ltd. was brought in as a partner and Southwestern Express moved from London to Guelph Ontario; in January of 2000 MacKinnon Transport Ltd. and Southwestern Express Inc. were amalgamated. Ray held the Position of President and COO until May of 2005; at that time MacKinnon Transport Inc. was a 275-truck fleet warehousing and Logistics Company.  
Currently, he resides in Lambeth, Ontario where in addition to being CEO of Carvan Holdings Inc. and partner at TCAinGauge he also finds time to lend his energies to many transportation industries related associations.

Jack started his Truck Dealer Career in 1977 with Mack Trucks, and finally ended up being one of the Founders of Valley Freightliner in Washington. In 2002 he left Valley Freightliner to be a Founding Partner of Decisiv, Inc. and started his Consulting/Business Fertilization Career. In January 2014 he started GPorter Group, a Business Fertilizer Firm dedicated to the Transportation Business.
Jack developed the TCA Benchmarking Program in 2003 while with Decisiv. He has moderated multiple Trucking and Truck Dealership Groups over the past 15 years. Jack became Managing Director of the Truckload Profitability Program (TPP) in July of 2017. His duties remain moderating Groups, setting TPP Strategy, and Growing the Program inside the TCA.
Jack loves having Clients that are Friends, travel on Airplanes, and staying in Hotels. 

Tim Hindes, CEO & Co-Founder, Stay Metrics

Tim Hindes has more than three decades of experience in the trucking industry. He’s been an owner-operator and a dispatcher; and he’s run a logistics firm.
